At the heart of Zimbabwe’s ear and hearing healthcare landscape stands a unique ecosystem of services built on a vision of excellence, access, and compassion. What began in 2003 with the founding of AudioMax Audiology Clinic has grown into a network of specialized units that together redefine ENT and audiology care in the country.

• AudioMax Audiology is our diagnostic and hearing care hub, offering comprehensive services including newborn, pediatric, and adult hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, cochlear implant support, industrial audiology, and custom lifestyle ear protection. With clinics in Harare, Chitungwiza, and Mutare, AudioMax brings quality audiology closer to communities that need it most.
• The ENT Group provides outpatient ear, nose, and throat care led by a team of experienced surgeons who manage conditions ranging from otology and rhinology to pediatric ENT and head and neck disorders.
• The Harare Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Institute (HEENT) is our surgical arm, equipped with cutting-edge technology to perform specialized ENT and audiology surgeries, including Zimbabwe’s only cochlear implant program in partnership with MedEL.
• WizEar Trust, our non-profit arm, extends this vision to underserved communities, ensuring that even the most vulnerable can access hearing and ENT services. Through service delivery, training, and advocacy, WizEar has trained frontline healthcare providers, distributed audiology equipment nationwide, and set up key partnerships to strengthen Zimbabwe’s health system.
